Stebbings Contracting remodeled the 5th floor lobby of Towson’s most recognizable office building. Updates include new lighting, wall finishes, and upgraded floor finishes. |

Baltimore Hebrew Congregation
Construction at Baltimore Hebrew Congregation included updating a multi-purpose room at the school/worship center. Working with the architect to find an aesthetically pleasing way to manage the acoustics of the room was one of the main challenges with this project. This was accomplished with the design and installation of custom sound absorbing panels that were suspended from the ceilings, and attached directly to the walls. Other updates include construction of new storage closets, installation of new doors, refurbishing and reinstalling existing doors. |

Working with both the building owner and tenant, we created a space that is contemporary, functional, and affordable. Updates include new wall and floor finishes, and a functional kitchenette. |

As a contractor the bank had used in the past, Stebbings ranked high on the list of candidates to take part in the construction of the new branch. Stebbings was responsible for the constructing the most important parts of this brand new building. Responsibilities included framing, decking, siding, fascia, soffit, etc. |

Following a competitive bid scenario, Stebbings was chosen to update the first-floor common areas of this senior living facility in Mt. Vernon. Updates include, new custom mailbox area/configuration for the tenants, new reception area, new manager’s office, new suspended ceilings, and new wall and floor finishes. |

Kevin Stebbings was hired to develop a solution to cracks that were developing on the corners of the elevator tower at the Exchange Building in Towson, MD. He used his knowledge and experience to represent the ownership, by managing a team charged with uncovering the problem and implementing cost-effective solutions. |

Cathedral Court Apartments
Stebbings was called in to fix the damage caused by a fire that started on the roof of the dormer, and spread to the interior of the apartment unit. The repairs included demo of the existing conditions, framing/drywall repairs, new custom windows, new custom metal trim, and the installation of a new kitchen. |
